terms and conditions
As we are a small business and cancellations can affect us. We request guests note the following terms and conditions of their bookings:
- A deposit of the first night's fee is required to secure booking
- Final payment to be made one week before arrival date
In the event of your plans being changed, more than seven (7) days notice will receive a full credit, less an administration charge of $100.00. If less than seven (7) days notice of cancellation is received, full deposit is forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled or changed within seven (7) days of the confirmed stay, 100% tariff will be charged. If the guest fails to arrive on the due date without prior notification 100% of the tariff will be charged.
You may transfer your booking within a 6 month period from the date of cancellation provided that you cancel more than 14 days in advance of your arrival and final payment has been made for the duration of your stay.
Arrival and departure times
The studio is available from 3.00pm on the first day of your stay and needs to be vacated by 12.00pm on departure day.
We understand that accidents can occur, but any willful or reckless loss or damages will be debited to the guests account.
An excess cleaning fee will be charged if the property is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
Melawondi Spring Retreat is a smoke free environment and request guests refrain from smoking inside the studio. However, there is a smoking area provided outside. If smoking has occurred in the studio an additional cleaning cost will be added to the guests account.
PLEASE NOTE: We are in a bushfire prone area and sensible behavior is expected.
Payment of deposit means acceptance of these terms
